These were taken at Damayan Park, a small, local nature preserve complete with a cottage, a flower/butterfly garden, and a vegetable garden. Everything is grown and tended by volunteers, and the land is protected from development. That is all astonishing considering this little park is located in the heart of downtown Tallahassee, minutes away from Florida State University—nearly everything is developed or in the process of developing into student housing or businesses. 

I love going here. It’s so serene and peaceful. You can’t hear the noise of the city or see anything but the beauty of nature. I’m so glad I found this little hidden spot. 

It’s beautiful there. 

These are from my most recent trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Andrea, Chelsea, and I took Jake for his 22nd birthday. It was a great day. 

These are just a few of the many pictures I took while with this girl at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival over this past Spring Break. 

We had a good time. =)

I had never actually seen someone legitimately wearing rain boots.

I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and never once have I seen it in action.
